I want to use my XS-Key for access but it doesn’t work, what should I do?
- Check whether the participating location
accepts your XS-Key for access (lodge)
- Check whether you have presented your finger or hand correctly
- Check whether your employer has payment arrears

Can I also pay with my XS-Key?
Yes you can, if your employer has entered into a contract with us for this. The payment
option only applies to participating Truck car parks and Truckwashes. You can recognize these locations by the XS-Key logo.
My instruction expires. What should I do?
The XS-Key system monitors the validity of your instructions. A notification will
be sent to your employer for this. Once you have renewed the instruction it will
become visible again. Should you not take action, the instruction will expire and no
longer be valid on your XS-Key.
I have followed a training or instruction film. How to get into my account and on my XS-Key?
If you log in with your XS-Key user ID for Deltalinqs instructions and companyspecific
instructions, these indications will immediately be visible after successful completion. Training or instructions from the Central Diploma Register and the Industrial Cleaning Foundation are
visible in your portal within 24 hours after registration. You can update your XS-Key at our service office in Maasvlakte Plaza, Hormuzstraat 50 in Rotterdam, or inquire about the possibilities at your employer.
Can I pick up my DSP?
Yes, you can pick up your DSP at our Service Desk at Maasvlakte Plaza, if you indicate this via XS-ID Online. If this is an urgency request we will charge additional administration costs of € 15.00.
