Message on behalf of ECT - information intended for road transport
Subject: access to the ECT terminals
Dear associate,
As of January 1, 2024, two rates, a distribution surcharge and a climate rate, will be charged for every visit by a truck to the ECT Delta and the ECT Euromax terminal. You have already been informed about this by ECT in recent months.
The rates are invoiced via MyTerminal. In order to do this correctly, road carriers must be registered with MyTerminal and have accepted the General Terms and Conditions. At the moment, not all road carriers known to ECT have done this.
We will offer these carriers the opportunity to do this in the coming period. From February 1, 2024, road carriers who are not registered with MyTerminal and have not accepted the General Terms and Conditions will NO longer be admitted to the ECT Delta and the ECT Euromax terminal. For the record, the payment obligation applies from January 1, 2024 and will be invoiced from that date regardless of the time of registration.
To maintain access to the ECT Delta terminal and the ECT Euromax terminal:
register with a (free) MyTerminal account: https://myprofile.ect.nl/registration/
accept the General Terms and Conditions regarding the new truck rates via the MyTerminal account. The administrator of the account can do this via the following link: https://myprofile.ect.nl/settings/truck-charges.
Please note: this also applies to private drivers and other parties who do not make pre-notifications themselves, but do visit the terminals (so-called 'executive carrier').
