With the Digital Safety Passport, you have an advanced solution for checking identities, certificates and instructions at your location. This smart access passport replaces the traditional 'green booklet' and automatically keeps data up-to-date, preventing stamp fraud and ensuring reliable documentation.
The XS-ID on the Digital Safety Passport can be linked to training registers such as the examination register of Deltalinqs, the Central Diploma Register (CDR) of SSVV, the certificate register of the Industrial Cleaning Foundation (SIR), and the register of the TCVT foundation. All linked certificates and instructions have been checked and validated, so you can be sure that your personnel have the required and valid certifications.
Is a certificate or instruction about to expire? No worries! The user of the access pass receives a timely notification, saving administration and access time!

That's great to hear! To apply for a Digital Safety Passport, it is first necessary to conclude a contract. Click here to start company registration and follow the on-screen instructions. Keep your mobile phone and ID or passport at hand!
Please note: only the authorized signatory can complete a company registration.
After completing a company registration, you can request a Digital Safety Passport via our customer portal XS-ID Online. Go to the Dashboard and click on Request XS ID/XS Key. Then click on XS ID including Digital Safety Passport. Fill in the required information and submit the application.
It is possible to link a certificate or training course to your XS-ID via our customer portal XS-ID Online. Follow the steps below to add a certificate:
- Log in with your XS-ID on XS-ID Online.
- Go to contracts and permissions.
- Review the general terms and conditions.
- Agree to the terms and conditions and click enable.
- Open the application again and import all certificates from the registry. Then submit the application.
- Done! You have now added the obtained certificates to the access pass. Now it is up to the card user to go to one of our activation locations to add the certificate to the access card.
