From 3 November 2026, ECT will start enforcing the mandatory safety test for drivers. Drivers who have not successfully completed the safety test will no longer be granted access to the ECT Delta and ECT Euromax terminals from that date.
The deadline for completing the safety test has been postponed to 3 November 2026. This gives drivers additional time to meet the requirement.
Complete the safety test at Maasvlakte Plaza
Drivers can complete the mandatory safety test at the Secure Logistics XS-Kiosk at our Service Point Maasvlakte Plaza. We advise drivers not to wait until the last minute and to schedule an appointment in good time.
An appointment to complete the safety test can easily be scheduled online.
Have you already successfully completed the safety test? Then no further action is required.
Additional evening opening hours
To give drivers, and night drivers in particular, additional opportunities to complete the safety test, Secure Logistics will once again offer extended evening opening hours at the XS-Kiosk at Service Point Maasvlakte Plaza.

The last available time slot is at 8:45 PM.
