On Wednesday, October 22, maintenance will be carried out on our systems.  During this day, you may experience temporary disruptions or delays in our services.

During the maintenance:

  • You will temporarily not be able to view invoices in XS-ID Online;
  • There may be delays in the production of access passes;
  • Contract requests and changes may be processed later than usual;
  • Urgent requests for access passes will not be handled. Production is expected to resume on Wednesday at 3:30 PM.

     

We will do our best to ensure the maintenance runs smoothly and to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. After the maintenance, all functions will be fully available again.
