On Wednesday, October 22, maintenance will be carried out on our systems between 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM. During this period, you may experience temporary disruptions or delays in our services.
During the maintenance:
- You will temporarily not be able to view invoices in XS-ID Online;
- There may be delays in the production of access passes;
- Contract requests and changes may be processed later than usual;
Urgent requests will not be handled in the morning (production will resume Wednesday at 2:00 PM).
We’ll do our best to ensure the maintenance runs smoothly and to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. After the maintenance, all functions will be fully available again.
