You can easily link a user’s driver’s license to the access pass. Follow the steps below:

New user:

When requesting a new access pass, you can add the driver’s license right after uploading the Qualifications. Enter the license number, select the applicable license categories, and enter the expiry date for each category.

Existing user:

  1. Go to XS-ID Online
    Log in to XS-ID Online and navigate to the menu item XS-ID users.
  2. Click on the name of the XS-ID user.
  3. Go to Driving license and click on Edit driving license.
  4. Fill in the license number. Select the required license categories and specify the expiry date for each.
  5. Click Next and carefully review all the entered information.
  6. Is everything correct? Then submit the request. The user will receive a notification to review and approve the change.
  7. Activate the license
    Once the user has approved it, the access pass can be updated at an activation point. The license is now successfully added!
