Here you will find frequently asked questions about the XS-ID and the XS-ID app.
The XS-ID is the basis of the access pass and provides you with a reliable and personal identity. After completing the application process, you will receive your unique XS-ID, a number linked to your identity. The XS-ID is stored encrypted on the access card and used for verification upon access. Thanks to the XS-ID, identification only takes place once, ensuring the ultimate protection of your data.
It is possible to log in with your XS-ID at our customer portal XS-ID Online, Havenbedrijf Rotterdam, ECT Delta Terminal (MyTerminal), PortAlert (Portbase), TCVT-RA, Lineage Vlissingen, RST, the iAsk App (iTanks), the web application of DO-Flex, the Modality App (CTT Rotterdam), and the web application of Sime Darby Oils.
You can view all your XS-ID data via the XS-ID Online portal and the XS-ID app.
Once you have downloaded the XS-ID app from the App store or Google Play, enter your XS-ID number and password. You can then set your own PIN code (5-7 digits). Next time, you can easily log in with just your PIN code or with Face ID/Touch ID. You can now also easily view your data via the XS-ID app!

Forgot your XS-ID? If you have forgotten your XS-ID number, please contact our Customer Service.
Forgot your password? Click on the option "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps to set a new password.
When you receive a TCVT-RA registration by email, this email contains instructions for logging in and downloading the XS-ID app. In this email, you will also receive an XS-ID number and you can set a password for XS-ID Online and the XS-ID app.
After this, download the XS-ID app via the App Store or Google Play Store and log in with your XS-ID number and password. After this, you can view your TCVT-RA-registrations in the XS-ID app!

Go to XS-ID Online and click on Forgot your password?
Fill in your XS-ID or email address. You will then receive an email to reset your password. After this, you can log in again with your XS-ID and the password you set.

If the information is incorrect, you can contact TCVT-RA via kantoor@tcvt-ra.nl. Please include your company name and email address.
When the validity of your TCVT-RA registration has expired, we kindly request you to contact TCVT-RA via kantoor@tcvt-ra.nl stating your name and date of birth.
Your XS-ID number is in the No Reply email you received about the application. In this email you can also set a password for XS-ID Online.
Go to XS-ID Online and click on “forgotten password” to set a password. Then log in with your XS-ID number and the password you set.
This password can now also be used to log in to the XS-ID app.
