Here you will find frequently asked questions about adding certificates and training.
Follow the steps below to add a certificate:
- Log in to XS-ID Online.
- Go to ‘XS-ID users’ and click on the relevant user.
- Under ‘Qualifications’, select ‘Edit qualifications’.
- Import all certificates from the register. Click ‘Next’ and submit the application.
- The card user must now check the application in XS-ID Online. The card user will receive an email about this.
- On the home screen in XS-ID Online, the user will see a message with the request to check the data and accept the conditions.
- Does the card user agree? Done! The obtained certificates have then been added to the XS-ID! Now it is up to the card user to go to one of our activation locations to add the certificate to the access pass.
Are you adding an ADR certificate? In that case, it is necessary to add ADR certificates by classification. This means that an ADR basic certificate must always be added first before an ADR Class 1, ADR Class 7, or ADR Tanks certificate can be added.
More than 100 registries are visible in XS-ID Online. It is possible to link certificates and training from the following registers, among others, to XS-ID:
Centraal Diploma Register, Stichting industriële Reiniging, Deltalinqs Examen Register, Nogepa offshore trainings, Generic Gateway Instruction for Construction, Helix trainings, Stipel, IPAF and many more. For all registers go to our XS-ID customer portal.
