The Gatekeeper integrity agreement can be signed in our customer portal XS-ID Online. Once signed, you'll have access to all connected Gatekeeper terminals at any time. Please follow the instructions below:

For companies with cardholders:

Log in to XS-ID Online and go to your company overview. Scroll down to the section 'Contracts' — there you’ll find the integrity agreement and you can sign it digitally.

I have a CargoCard:

Log in to XS-ID Online. You will be taken directly to the correct screen. Under ‘Contracts and permissions’, you can digitally sign the Gatekeeper agreement.
